t-case leaks, but only when on a angle

hey guys, i got a annoying problem.
today i noticed there was a puddle of gear oil under my car when i went out to leave.
I immediately gave it the sniff test, because i just fixed a oil leak, wanted to make sure. its definitely gear oil, and im pretty sure its coming from the end of the case, where it meets with u-joint of the driveshaft.
the gear oil is splattered around my exhaust and underbody as well.?
the weird thing is, i park on a angle at my house, about 10 degrees, and it leaked to the ground, but when I went to work tonight, parked for 8 hours, on a flat surface, there wasnt a single trace of oil to be found.
any ideas on this ??
oh ya, by angle i mean the car is higher in the front than the back.

Is the bolt for the filler installed?

Check the seal in the back if the t-case where the drive shaft goes into the tcase.. if its that just buy a new one and put it in.. That happened in my car because one of my carrier bearings went bad and caused the driveshaft to have play and broke through the seal.

Yes the seal. Also because it is only leaking on an incline i would assume the fluid level is low. Also this may be the tcase recall yoke.

If the recall hasn't been done take it to the dealer.

yes, im sure it would be covered under the recall, as i am now pretty sure it is the yoke.

BUT my car has already had the recall done, does that matter, or is a one time fix, and now im screwed.
