Wtf!!!!!

What up everyone,
I was racing with my buddy and i punched the car (wot) we're coming to a stop and all of a sudden my rpms shoots up to like 4 grand and the car is pulling, no matter how hard i hit the brakes the car keeps on trying to go forward like im giving it gas, anyway, i finally get the car to stop and the rpms are sitting there at 4 grand, so i put the car in neutral and at first they didnt drop, but slowly they did to 1 grand, and when i put the car in neutral it kinda jerked real hard and then stopped!! the light turns and i push the gas and it like hesitates then it starts rolling forward, then all of sudden it starts happening all over again! My buddy was behind me and he says that he can see alot of black smoke coming out of the exhaust, and im looking at the engine gauge and it's steadlly climbing towards the H(hot) zone. So we head back to my house and the car starts acting normal, until i turned a corner and the same mess started happening again. What is going on!!!!

look into your engine bay and see if any of your radiator hoses are off/cut somewhere. other than that, i have no idea.

no cut radiator hoses or anything, this happened once before briefly.

went outside and checked my exhaust and there was a bunch of black stuff all on the inside, it smelled like gas

Sounds to me like your TB is sticking open.

TB?, now i got the check engine light on. I was looking at an old import tuner and i they had this tech on ecu codes, and they were saying to read the ecu you needed a multimeter, do you know anything about this?

tb is throttle body. I don't know if the mitsubishi ecus are like hondas but Honda ecu's have an led light that flashes a code.

sounds like the throttle is stuck opened to me too. go check under the hood where the intake pipe is connected to.

i thought i had the problem fixed, i drove around town for a while and it was okay, and then it started messing up after i put the car in reverse!
I think im just going to take it in to a shop and see what they think.

just go see if it is sticky. On the back of the intake will be this little pully looking thing with a cable on it. It should be spring actuated. Have somebody press the gas pedal and release a few times. Does it move slowly or fast and smooth?
