help, car wont start

OK, I was spraying a small shot of nitrous the other night and my car suddenly bogged down when I let off the throttle and then it would barely run ( felt like when you take a spark plug off) which lead me to believe I blew my motor. well, after further inspection I found no metal shavings in my oil, I know the head gasket isnt blown, I had no oil spitting out my exhaust and my motor makes no funky noises either. If I take on spark plug off (it doesnt matter which particular one) it will run the exact same... Then my electicals died. I had the alternator tested and they said it was okay, I checked the alternator fuses and they were fine. Now, when I open my door it will sit there and make a repeated click noise over and over. I try to charge the battery and it wont hold a charge. I know this is a whole lot but can somebody lead me in the right direction of what to check? thanks

First off do a compression test because you related it to the nitrus.

Then hook the car up with an ammeter measuring your current draw. Start pulling fuses and disconnecting stuff (like your nitrus stuff for 1) and see what is the big draw on the battery.

Hopefully you didn't mess the motor up.

I should know this but whats a ammeter tester. How much are they? thanks

I did a compression test. Every cylinder has 160 something but one has 0 compression. Is this even possible? what the heck is going on.
