I can't figure this out i replaced the o-ring i got the one from the dealer 3 times this week and it still leaks oil out from the cam angle sensor. Is there a certain torque for this or something i can't figure it out.

are there any marred up spots? gouges or anything? use a good lubed o-ring and a little RTV and you should be good to go...

Make sure contacting surfaces are smooth, and if need be, use a LITTLE sealant. Be VERY sparing with it.

i will try the lubed o-ringand some rtv sealant, the head was just rebuilt and hottanked, so it is very clean i looked and there are no gouges. There is a hole at the bottom where the o-ring sits but i looks like its supposed to be there.
