The other day I was driving along and gradually i began to hear a rubbing noise in my front left wheel while it was straight and turned slightly left. I thought that it was my rotors b/c i already knew that the one was warped and needed to be changed. It sounded like the noise a brake pad makes when its totally gone and the metal is hitting the rotors. Anyway i got all new stock rotors and brake pads and installed them and the noise is still there. I went under the car and it doesnt look like anything visably is scraping....any ideas.....

I looked at the cv joint when it was apart and it is in excellent condition, actually there is no noise when i brake its just the rubbing noise with the slight left turn. The noise even seems to go away when i take a harder left.

This sounds like what I have coming from my rear.. Except the noice goes away if the car leans to the right for some reasons (lane change etc).. Would that make the rear left or right?

Jack the wheel up and shake it around...if you can get it to slap around a bit it is the bearing. Check the torque on the wheel bearings all the way around the car too!!!

Have you ever had a break shop try and pull your hubs? DSMs have very high torque specs for the bearings.
