Is this an ecu problem?

I just put the car back together after a blown head gasket. The car ran perfect I parked it drove it 2 days later and now it misses and runs like ass. I changed all the plugs, check each cylinder for fire (which is good), and double checked the timing. This is really strange the car has trouble with cold starts also. It never did this before it used to start everytime no matter how long it sat up. After the head gasket it's been acting really strange. I'm guessing it's the ecu but I'm not sure any ideas would be appreciated.

Pressure check is good. That was the first thing I checked. 02 sensor is also still connected and almost brand new (100 miles).
