High idle

Well I finally got my GSX back after swapping the 6bolt motor into it. Runs great, except it idles anywhere between 1700-2200. Any ideas what this could be? I'm running 660cc's and a 255 pump. I'm thinking its the throttle cable being too tight, any other ideas tho? And its a 95

Very good possibility it could be the throttle cable. If you have a logger then the TPS should read around 10% at idle. If its higher then try to adjust it along with the BISS.
