im not sure whats cuasing this leak. ill have a pic up by tomorrow. but under the valve cover on the front it looks like oil is seaping out and just looks bad im sure its cuasing some lossage of the power :thumbdown if anyone has ever had the same prob plz feel free to help out i cant figure it out and its pissing me off. its coming from under cyl #1. want to see if i can figure it out before i take it to the local shop to get reemed with labor charges.

Is there oil sitting on top of the engine where the plug wires go into the engine to connect to the plugs? and are u leaving oil spots where u park. my guess would be the valve cover gasket, a common problem with our 420a's. chrysler screwed those up good. ive had mine replaced twice, and i have only had my car for about 9 months or so. mine had oil on top of the engine, and it leaked down the back and left spots on the ground.

i'll try to change the VC gasket, i replaced it about 4-5 months ago. And no there isnt any oil near the spark plug well. But everytime i pull my plugs there is oil on cyl 1 plug is that normal? and some traces on the others. im hoping this isnt a going to become a bigger more expensive prob than it already is.

ya like i said i replaced mine in august last year and just replaced it again in January. those things are crap
