need answers dont kno whats wrong

heres teh deal i start my car idle shoots to 6000rmp automaticly if i try to drive car accelerates by itself pushing in clutch putting in neutral dosent help it stays accelertaing when in gear i kno my clutch was going but i dont kno if thats if the accelerater dosent seem to b gettin stuck wut up the cruise control going bad? i have no idea im totaly lost any help would b appreciated thanks alot

Have someone watch with the hood open, start the car,
see if the throttle plate gets opened by the cable geting pulled, or it opens on its own.

or if it opens at all.

Sounds like a dirty throttle body and the plate is sticking open the hood and look
