Clutch wire mod for tmo stage III?

has any of you made your own clutch wire so I can hook up my stutter box on a technomotive eprom ecu? Bought the ECU used and it didn't come w/ the clutch wire. I heard there is a diode you have to use.

Tmo is out of business so buying one is out of the question.
