I'm using this method: http://www.vfaq.com/mods/BrakeRotors.html

After trying pounding the rotors off and finding that wouldn't work, I looked at my Haynes manual and it said to thread 2 bolts into the holes in the rotors and pulling them off that way, so I was going to try that. However, when I tried, I noticed there is already something in there. At first, I thought someone had tried to take off the rotors this way before me and had twisted the bolts off in the process. But, as I looked closer, it looks like whatever is in there is hex shaped, making me think I'm supposed to take them out. However, there is absolutely no way to get a socket in there because there isn't enough room to get one in there. Am I supposed to take them out somehow? Because it seems that something is holding the rotors from coming off. Instead of seperating, the whole hub seems to be seperating at the wheel bearing. What am I supposed to do?

Sounds like you have some rust back there.

all mine just fell off. try pb blasting the hell out of it wait an hour, then get a block of wood and a big hammer and see if you can jar it loose.

Yeah, I've PB blasted it tons, and I think it has helped some. The one I've been working on has come out some now, but I can't find any good bolts to use to push it off. All the ones I have are too soft so I keep bending them or stripping them. It starting to piss me off. I just gotta wait until my dad comes home so he can take me to get some harder bolts. Hopefully that will help.

OK, new question. I got one of the rotors off, but I can't get the lugs out that I need to replace. How do those come out?

I had a lug replaced on my talon on the front.

had to pull the hub off, press out the bearing.
replace the stud. press the bearing back in
and then put it back on the car.

good luck

just beat the hell out of the rotors, they will pop off. use the biggest heaviest sledge you have. i used an 8# on mine and it took both hands and 15 or so hits to get one off; and i'm not a little guy. for the studs, you could try putting a lug nut on the end of one and the same 8# sledge and just beat it until it pops out. that's worked for me. then you have to push the new one in as much as poss. and then use a lug nut to pull it the rest of the way. you might want to try an old lug nut for this as the impact will probably warp it pretty well.

Yeah, I got them both off. But, when I took the hub off the passenger side, my wheel bearing seperated  The race is still on the hub, but the rest of the bearing is attached to the axle still. If I don't move anything, can I just put it back together like it is?

theoretically, it should work that way fine.
but would there be any fittment issues? mabye the possibility of a wobbly fit?

have to answer that one for yourself, when you put it back on, and tighten it down, feel it good, and see if it feels ok to you.

if it feels wobbly or rough, should probly replace.

it should be fine, just make sure there are no foreign objects, or dirt in it when you put it back together.
