I am trying to install a autometer boost gauge on my car. Its a 95 talon tsi awd. I am following RRE's instructions. It says to use the vacuum line closest to the engine that comes off of the selenoid that controls the FPR. I went to perform this step and i have no vacuum lines on that selenoid. I dont know where there run and if i even need them. I bought this car wrecked and everything on this car has been hacked and installed incorrectly so i am not suprized at this. Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction for a diagram of where i can run new vacuum line to in order to fix this problem.

Also the car misses out every now and then, could this possibly be why.
I am attaching a link to RRE's instructions in case anyone wants to look at the piece i am talking about.

Please help soon I am installing this right now.
Thanks,

those vac lines run from the solonoid to the nipple on the intake and to the fuel press regulator on the fuel rail.....

So all you got to do is buy some vac hose and cut it to its length and connect them to the solonoid, intake and FPR........the one that comes out the side of the solonoid will connect to the nipple on the intake, this is also the vac hose that you will T the boost guage too, and the one that comes out the front of the solonoid will connect to the nipple on the FPR......hope this hepls....good luck

Thanks for all the help guys,

The article that taboo has about eliminated the emissions lines, does this have any performance benifit or just for simplicity. I think my car was set up like this half ass like anyway. Not all the lines were re-routed or removed.
