Car ideling like crap and shudders and twitchs badly.

Ok, a couple of days ago, my car started to sputter while I was ideling and when I would shift gears and try to give it gas. Yesterday, the check engine light came on and it shudders now when it idles and when I rev it up while at a stand still, plus it acts like its about to die when ever I'm in 1-4 gears and trying to give it gas to make it go. A couple of people said I need a tune up/replace spark plugs and someone also said I need to re-adjust my gears. They also mentioned that it could be my fuel injectors or fuel line. Any help would be great.

might be a good idea to changer sparks plugs and put some injector cleaner in when u fuel up and if that dosent fix take a look at u'r mas
