tried everything and still won't start

getting fire, and fuel, timing is perfect, boosted 9lbs on my 420a, blew head gasket and lifted head off the block. Already fixed that
and also added a head gasket spacer, compression is @ 175psi on each cylinder, no engine codes reading. could it be my ECU? or something else? any suggestions please.

by timing do you mean ignition timing or valvel timing?
