Listen to this. I got my timing belt, water pump, and balance shaft belt all replaced and 3 days after the fact my primary o2 goes bad. It starts running lean and the exhaust starts spittin burnt oil. I was told that the turbo was bad. When i got home, i turned off the car, there was a noise coming from the engine compartment. It sounded like a spinning bearing of some sort. Could it be the compressor wheel spinning and hitting the housing? or something else?

Well, yes.

You need to take things apart and fix them. If it's sounding after shutoff, the turbo's the most likely suspect. But we can only guess at so much from the information you give us.
