Snapped Valves

ok i got a question. my timing belt jumped and all my exhaust valve heads snapped right off the stem. the pistons are still lookin pretty good except for #4 cylinder.there is a small indent from the valve right in the middle of the piston.i do have another motor i am rebuilding but i would like to redo the head and use the stock motor in it so i still have a car to drive.if i redo the head will the small indent on the piston make any difference in performance.and will the car still drive?i'm not really to sure about it thats why i am asking

How deep and wide is the indentation?

less than a quarter inch long and about 1/16 of an ince deep

You managed to snap off valve heads, and not punch them through the piston crowns? It's time for you to buy a Lotto ticket.

If you got away with piston dents, and no bent rods, you'll be fine. Sand the sharp edges off the pistons.
