Fuel in the exhaust????please help

Just finished bolting on my big 28. I made 2 passes at 18 psi on stock exhaust then turned the boost down to 12psi. Car ran fine after the boost was turned down until I shut it off. Now it idles really rough...like its runnin on 2 cyl. and believe it or not fuel is dripping out of the tailpipe and the exhaust mainifold. it also threw a check engine light. Motor is at 96 thousand miles

I checked the plugs...number 4 is wet. Cleaned them all up and tested for spark...it has good spark.

Are my rings fried?

sounds like your injectors are stuck open or you are just running pig rich
