Mystery Squeek

When ever I have a bad start in first gear (Shaky kinda jolting) I will hear this sqealing from the passanger side, in the front. It is the same sound as when you hit the brakes and they squeek, except it isnt constant. I only hear it in 1st and second gears, sometimes third if I gas it before letting the clutch all the way out. ONLY Happens when shifting, no other time. Any Ideas?

no this happens when I have a bad start in 1st gear, not even launching just every day driving. And it is the same sound as bad brakes, but I'm not on the brakes;

Check to see if your brake pads are worn out. There is a little metal tab on there that rubs against your rotor to let you know they are worn out, and it makes a squeaking sound.

It would make it all the time but you might not be able to hear it.
