Alright it is like negative 10* here and when i was driving home i notice that i could push the clutch to the floor with out any resistance. I also notice it was very hard to change gears. Is this just because of the cold weather? or any other suggestions. also when in gear i took my foot of the gas and applied the clutch and the rpms when down so im assuming the cables and everything are all kosher.

Check your master and slave clutch cylinder. When it gets ass cold here, my clutch gets a little mushy, but id check that for sure.

im also thinking that the clutch is engaged and wont disengage hence why it is so easy to push the clutch in and hard to change the gears, fluid levels might be low also
