Error P0170 from logger

My car is running really rich so I hooked up my pocketlogger to the car and I got an error. The code is P0170: Fuel trim (bank 1). I have no clue how to inturpret that or how to fix it. If you know, can you help me out, I need my gas mileage back! Thanks in advance.

What can cause this error? Could it be 02 sensor? I would think the error would show a faulty o2 sensor wouldnt it?

Well lets see... P0170 Fuel trim Malfunction VIA Bank 1

Volume air flow sensor output frequency; injector; fuel pressure; intake air leaks; engine coolant temperature; barometric pressure sensor; o2 sensor; exhaust manifold cracks

That is what causes the malfunction...

So from here I guess I would measure injector ohms, monitor fuel pressure, check for leaks, make sure oem thermostat is used, check out the exhaust manifold and clean the oxygen sensor.
