Here is something to think about. Clean title, the shell looks mostly complete,if the body work and paint are are of good quality and if u like that color blue then its a good buy,that is if u have the parts to complete it. Reason why? body work and paint alone would cost that much if not more.

Start out with a pos shell for $300, add $700 for a carbon hood and aerocatch latches, 2gb conversion isn't free, $2200 in paint that hasn't seen the light of day and you're over $3500 to re-create that shell. Plus, the car rolls just fine, I've seen it in person.
Lets look at it from another angle... Part out: $200 uncut engine wiring harness, $150 uncut chassis harness (what I just sold my last 2 for the same day I posted them for sale), $500 for the hood and latches, $400 for the rear LSD and axles (again, what I just sold my last setup for), send the shell to scrap $300 or more. There's $1500+ without even doing a full part out.
There's nothing unreasonable about the price he is asking for.
