I recently bought a 1990 gsx and cannot get it to start. it will start (and run) if i can catch it in gear but the engine will not turn over with the key. 
I have replaced plugs, wires, ecu, crank shaft sensor, checked all the fuel components and cannot find the issue. anyone ever ran into this issue before? The car overheated, had it towed and thats when the starting issues began. It still overheats when i push start it but getting it to start normally needs to happen before I can figure out why the overheating is occuring.
