Not sure how local you're looking for....you can get it from Purvis Brothers, Inc. - Racing Fuels in drums, or buy it metered at just about any VP dealer. They also sell it metered a Pittsburgh Raceway Park, and their fuel prices are quite reasonable.

Most window washer fluid contains 30% to 36% methanol and is rated for -25F to -20F. Mixing in a bottle of HEET can raise the methanol percentage closer to 50%.

I'm going to check out the places Justin mentioned. I run 100% methanol in my snow kit. I brought 15 gallons from Phoenix with me, so I have a couple weeks to find a supply. I was paying around $2.50 a gallon in Phoenix.

Windshield washer fluid isn't fuel. I use meth injection in copious quantities as a secondary fuel setup. I burn about a half gallon in one full run through 1st-4th gears.
