Quick picture of my talon, bad foreground?

I'm no expert, but I don't like the shadow. Can you photoshop just that part lighter?

Yeah, make it a little lighter. The contrast is too drastic against your white bumper.

I masked the shadows and tried to lighten them up, but it adds a ton of noise and doesn't look natural AT ALL. I even tried to do a 'copy&paste' method of some good lit asphalt and it looks like that's the best bet. Unfortunately that takes a lot of time and I'm not sure I want to do that because I don't know if its calendar entry quality.

ninja edit: I forgot to save the original file with the foreground mods :( ugh, here goes another 30 min of editing.

Tom, I'm on the fence about the photo. When I look at the picture, the bottom left corner doesn't even seem to be there because of how black it is. It does contrast with your bumper and FMIC nicely, but doesn't seem to fit with how sunny it is in the background. And that corner seems to match the color of the hood and just makes it look darker that it should be.

I say you go shoot some more and try for something better. If you're still doubting it after editing it for a while, you'd be better off editing something that was better from the start.

The shadow makes a depth, car looks like it's about to go off a cliff.. It just has an odd balance.
If there was a longer section of that infront of the car, I think it would even it out. Or if it was lighter ;)
