Another 1992 GSX for sale $500

Hey All, I have another dsm for sale, same problem as first, bad tranny . 6-bolt engine, no ECU. Let a friend borrow my ECU to make his car run and he split without giving it back. car was running fine other than transmission, also has only driver seat as when I bought this one I planned on using race buckets and sold the seat t another fellow DSM tuners member. Does it matter for $400? If I wasn't buying ANOTHER stealth tt i'd be all over this. But if anyone wants to borrow an ecu to see if it runs, i have a stack of them.

I am the member that bought the passenger seat and I can attest that this is one straight up DSM'er. I sent him the money and he even brought the seat to my brother's house where it still sits.

Donniekak, I still have that rebuilt tranny I bought of yours sitting in my garage. The car won't technically run with only putting the ECU in without the tranny, right?

Shouldn't have any problem running without the trans.

And yes it matters what the compression numbers are, one of my friends was interested in buying it but I told him not to show up without an ecu and a compression tester. A 1g shell is worth $100 to me. I would not justify spending the extra $300 if the motor needed a rebuilt too.

To start the car it needs a flywheel and transmission bellhousing bolted on to mount the starter to, i have an old bellhousing or 10 if you need to borrow one.

I called the OP yesterday before the Boise State vs. Virginia Tech game came on to wish him congrats on his first kid and he said that the car was sold to someone that contacted him via Craig's List.
