I want to try to get some kind of meet together for this summer in the Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia area. Since I've had my DSM there hasn't been any kind of DSM meet in my area so I want to try and start something myself. The date I have there is definitely not set in stone but around there is something I'd like to do. I'm going to try and find a place where we can all meet without any issues. Lets try to get a good showing of how many people would be willing to do this in the area. PM me or just respond. Text me with any ideas too (484) 597-1175.
 
Ridley is maybe 30-40 minutes from me and I'm just outside the Northeast. The Ridley Park meet is always a really good time!

If I have/have a running car I'll certainly try to make the meet in June.

No official thread for the Northeast DSM meet yet. Look for one in the spring.

If the OP wanted to plan something, it'd be nice to have an event in May or June, or potentially one in September. I usually plan mine for the end of July, at least 3 weeks before the Shootout. I know others at the event had expressed interest in having one earlier in the year as well, so getting something else going around this area wouldn't be a bad idea if you're up for it.

It'd be nice to have one earlier, it will help fend off the cabin fever.

Yea I'll see what I can setup. I'll have to contact a few places to see if we can get any kind of big lot to set something up. Nothing too crazy, just something official so the cops don't go nuts. There are a few places I may be able to come up with and end of May or beginning of June may be something I'll look into. Preferably on a sunday since football is over and I'm off all day on Sundays. Let me know if you guys have any ideas if you're from my area. Philly is about an hour away from the Allentown/Bethlehem area. My Zip Code is 18018 if that helps you search distances.
 
I kinda want to put something together, like the meet we had last year but offering an option to donate the proceeds to the pspca. Great cause and we can donate any amount we gather, or if people dont like the idea of donating cash, bring a bag of dog food or cat food or toys or something. They are great folks and I know they can use all the help and support they can get. Anyone want to chime in on this?
 
Maybe this year I will actually show up! Ridley Park is not far from me at all and I recently fired up my DSM. If not, I could always show up in my WRX *throws flame suit on*
