LOoking for someone in the Northwest to assist me with a Fidanza clutch/flywheel and timing belt job. I am not that knowledgable when it comes to things like these, but im willing to help. Will pay around $275 for labor, im broke and looking for a fellow DSMer to help out.

I could do it, but it's not a good deal for me considering It would cost me $100 to drive down and back. So $175 for $500+ worth of labor isn't worth it. Maybe someone closer could help you out. Good luck.

I'm in the Tacoma area. I would suggest going with the haynes manual and doing it your self. I think that you are gunna have a hard time finding someone to do it for that cheap. Most guys will charge atleast $40 an hour and it would take 10(+) hours to do all of that.

Said I Would do it... ;)

Guess not

I was gonna say....I have seen you post this twice, yet here we have a new thread....?

Hold on :runs to google:

No i said i know a dealer that can do it for around $500, and im not willing to spend that much.

Eh, i'll have to pass on that, i was thinking $200-$300 for labor. For $500 i can have my local dealership install the parts.

Guess you did say something to that efect...it was late when I posted... O well either way $500 from the dealer still isn't going to happen...
I could understand if you just need some help and knew what you were doing, hell there's quite a few people I've helped where I was able to work things out alot easier than this

If you were close to me i would do it for 300 but you all the way in portland and for that price good luck !

Yes it is my daily driver. My plan now i guess is to try to do as much as i can with a repair manual and then get help if i need during it all. I was going to pay for someone to come help, as i would be assisting with much of the work.
