Tri cities.

ok well i went to this honda meet last weekend with my tahoe since im still building my talon motor. While i was there i was woundering how come in the tri cities we dont have a meet up like the do every month? i see sooooo many DSM's in my area and i work on a few.

so would it be too hard to start meeting up? there was a few that were at the meet but only like 3 dsm's.

so reply to this if you guys want to start making a meet up thing here in the T.C. Cause im sure we can get as big as an outcome as the honda guys did. (about 15 cars)

Im all for it, I have to sell my place in southern Oregon so I can move back up, and get the Talon back in running order. But first things first.

I don't live there but I would go (when my car is together again 2-3 weeks). It is a lot easier than driving to Seattle for the meets over there!

yeah the honda/ some of the DSM guys and of course the euros all meet up at the hastings in kennewick off clearwater. i think there is going to be a meet there in a few weeks but i got to talk to the JDM group to see when it is happening.

i will be there in my gold/ black tahoe till i get my new motor for my talon built. still waiting on my new pistons and stuff. (i also need more money).

heres a pic from last time when it was like 18 degrees and this was the turn out of hondas only. (this is not the meet up parking lot) the tahoe behind the cars is mine.

all together we had about 5 dsm's, 15 hondas, and about 10 euros. then about a mustang or two in there too.

this Friday night at 9 pm there will be a tuner meet at the hastings in kennewick off of Clearwater. all types of tuners are welcome. this weekend there is supposed to be well over 30 cars. most of the time about 5 dsms show up. so im am going to be there with most likely a purple eclipse, a blue 03 civic Si, a silver rodeo or my tahoe. (since my talon is still dead.) so just show up and we will then drive around or whatever.

Worked till 10:30, and my car is still apart. But if I didn't work I probably would have went with a friend in his gs-turbo (1G not 420a w/turbo).

well this time we had over 30 cars. so ill post up when there is the next meet. hopefully in the next month ill have my talon with the new built motor im working on building will be working

what time was that meet that 30 cars showed up, I showed up at 9 like you said and there wasnt jack outside that parking lot, maybe a couple of hondas but that was it...

I'm pretty sure the meet was actually on Saturday, when i drove by on Friday on my way home from work at 10:30ish there was no one there.

Well so much for friday huh... on the other hand I did get to see a couple of dsmmers get pulled over by the cops.. I wonder who they were.

ok yeah most of the cars didnt show up till about 9:45. but after we all met up there we got kicked out of the parking lot by the police and then we all left to west richland by the target. but it was on Friday i would know this cause i was there. if you see a really shinny brown gold/black 2 door tahoe that was mine. but we had alot of cars there this time. this latest meet all the guys there were cool except for like 2 of the crxes who were trying to show off.

i think the next meet is going to be in the day time somewhere in grandveiw.

i live just down from there but i dont seem to take my ass out when it is cold.

yeah thats where after we meet at hastings we mob over to the target for pics. but hopefully with how all my stuff is going right now i will have my car built here in the next month. all new pistons and stuff. going for 500 hp so ill be going to these meets all the time and then maybe start up my on style of meets.
