next autocross/ racing event?

where and when in the northwest are they going to have a bring what you got race time trial thing? i want to do an autocross race or something like that and i dont know where they have them at? and who else is from the tri cities with a dsm?

they have test n tunes at Pacific International Raceways in Kent, WA. Heres their website Pacific Raceways - Where The Excitement Is Accelerating Im sure they are closed until next season. When they open up though just about every week there is racing you can do on the drag strip. I think the road course is open much less often.

I know your original question was for Autocross... and I'd be interested to find out that as well. I remember back in '01 and '02 they used to have them here in Yakima in the Sundome parking lot like 2 or 3 times a year. Haven't seen one here in a while (that's not to say that they don't have them though).

As for 1/4 mile time's... if you don't know about it already, Renegade Raceway here in Yakima has test n' tune every Wed during the summer. I believe that every other weekend is street legal night.

i know that over the summer they were having autocrossing at boeing in everett. im not sure what sort of schedule they had tho. i only made it down there once.

hey dose anyone think that the track in pasco would allow me to get a group goin or have some type of event set up there. and how would i go about getting that authorized so maybe i could put a event on. i really want to start racing again.

I live in the Eugene/Salem area and there is autocross here for a good part of the year. I love it, you guys should come check it out. There are two different ones, one is Salem and its a smaller one, one in Eugene and personally I like best. We have an auto-x event scheduled for Mar 15th and 16th at the Dust Devil (Gesa) Stadium parking lot. The event isn't in the online schedule yet but I'm pretty sure it is going to happen on those dates. This is a pre-season Winter event so doesn't count toward season points totals.
The first season points event is tentatively scheduled for April 5th and 6th at Tri-City Raceway. The scheduling is partly dependant on whether we can get access to the raceway now that it is changing hands.
As far as I know we are going to try to have an event at the Yakima Sundome in May but again that depends on whether we can get access. We had it scheduled for April but the Dome was rented to a larger customer consequently we lost the parking lot and had to reschedule.

You guys close to the Tri-Cities should really try to come and run with us. As a club we are very organized so we almost always manage to get 6 runs in a day even if 100 drivers show up. We had an event 2 weekends ago at Dust Devil where more than 50 drivers showed up, one was the national STU class champion from last season and another was Kevin Dietz (appeared in the Speed channel show Setup 2 seasons in a Row) so the level of competition can be very high.
