If the track is in good shape and preped good I am going to go for shit and see if I can get that 8sec pass. Hope to see some of you there!:thumb:

I'm going to try and be there, I'll be flying into Seattle that day for the weekend and want to head up there for this event. Was there for the Sacramento event but had to miss out on Eliminations because of work. Was nice talking to you and congratulations on the win in Sac. A little off topic, but what was your overall impression of that track seeing how so many people talk crap about it.

To be perfectly honest with you, I was not impressed at all by the track, the left lane about put me into the wall at about 1/8th mile on my 2nd pass, and on the shut down there was a HUGE dip right where my chute deployed, it jerked me over to the left hard. I hit the dip at 1/8th mile so hard my helmet hit the ceiling of the carOMG It unloaded the chassis and sent me to the left extremely bad.
Track prep, there wasn't any. I had no VHT on the slicks after each pass. There VHT sprayer wasn't even working, it would just trickle out of the spray nozzles and put little streams of VHT on the track. I was amazed by that when I watched them spray the track.

We had to turn the boost way down and back the timming off 3-4 degrees to kill some of the TQ the car was making just so it would stick better. If I pushed any harder I would have ended up into the wall.

Track officals were very very nice, I give a 2 thumbs up to them:thumb: :thumb:

Yeah one thing that I've noticed is that they only ever spray down VHT if a car blows and sprays oil all down the track. I thought it was amusing how after that integra blew its motor and sprayed oil, they cleaned it up and sprayed down VHT and then the announcer started commenting directly afterwards how the ET's seemed to be dropping suddenly, maybe because of the "conditions".

I'm in for sure!
Hopfully I'll have my tranny back from Pina to be able and take her down.
Evil_eagle - never met you before but have seen a video of yours. Sick times bro, I look forward to possibly talking with you!

 I think Billy is just excited to see two fast 4g63 powered cars lined up next to each other.

yep, would have been nice to see more 4g63 cars be ready for battle (tom)

mark you entering the car show this year?

It has nothing to do with Billy, I assure you that. It's just a bunch of hear say crap that I am tired of hearing, in other words trash talk thats been an on going thing for the past 4 months. Just tired of hearing about The evo and how it's going to tear my "peice of shit" down, damn I've had 3 pro wins in a row just this season, I geuss my car is a "peice of shit" Again, it's just all hear say, just gets old.:beatentodeath:

Anyway, back on topic. We will be there the night before, see you guys at the track. If the track prep is good we are finally going to crank this baby up, I haven't really pushed it nearly as hard as I could, just need a good preped track to do it on.

Like I said before Jake, I talk up your car all the time to people. Talk about how fast it is. Show them the videos. I'm just excited as well. Your car is not a piece of shit, it's a goddamn work of art! We're all just excited and maybe go a little too far. If someone is talking shit about your car, then they have a serious mental condition and should be examined and incarcerated in an institution! I seriously do hope that Paul's car runs at it's best, because I know yours will and that's what makes the racing fun! For you, for him, for the fans! I'm proud to say that I've seen Evil_Eagle, one of the fastest DSMs in the world, race at my home track!

WE ALL LOVE YA' JAKE!! :p

Because it's not that far out of Seattle and most people that aren't from here have no idea where "Kent, WA" is located. It would be the same as if the track was in Everett. The flyer would still say Seattle. And no, the show is held at the race track.

Im pretty sure im going to be able to make it. What time is everyone going to start showing up? Ill probably wont get off work til about 3 or so

OH I think Track Prep will be good! ....If the turnout of cars is big (like I think it'll be) track prep will be real good!:rocks: Pacific Raceways does a real good job on prep for events. I'm eager to see a 8sec pass, and that'd be awesome if you did it at PR this weekend:thumb:

I havent heard any smack talk ....Its probably jokes. I wouldnt let it get to you. You know how POS is. Besides experience counts for ALOT more than $$$ does.
....I think you're in the clear!:thumb:
