hey everyone. i am working on getting a meet together for DSMs at seattle's Hot Import Nights on 8/4/07 (saturday)

i am a member of the ASEC group (avengers/sebrings) and i was working on getting this meet together with those guys. but as of right now it looks like we only got 4-5 people serious about it. i want to get all the DSMs i could to make this a rather big meet, so that means 1g-4g eclipses... also gonna work on getting some srt4 guys

the plan is to have it during the day in seattle (maybe in the expo center parking lot but location is not 100%) we could hang out there for a bit and then go to Hot Import Nights right down stairs. so if anyone would like to join us please post up and then when i have more finite details ill send out PMs

if you are planning on showing your car let me know ### i am sure i can find someone willing to buy your other ticket off you.

hope to see some of you guys out there this summer!
 
oh i also wanted to let you know i have extended the invite to the EVO guys as well... so lets make this meet a good one.
 
hey im definitely down for this. ive always wanted to go to HIN. The only problem is i hope im not out to sea during this event. But as of now im IN!
 
awsome. ill be sure to contact you guys when we have more finite details here... still trying to choose the location because we were thinking about having it away from seattle so we could do a cruise and drive intogether and the possibility of a BBQ.

also working at a webpage for this event to have a guest book so everyone from all the DSM communities can get together and talk about the event an toss around ideas and then after the site can host pics that people take. lastly if the meet is big enough we could turn it into a yearly event.

but anyway ill be sure to keep you guys up to date when i get more data and the site gets up.
 
sweetness. i got a few evo guys in for the meet as well. next i am gonna work on the 3000gt crew. also the work on the webpage is moving along. just need to make the RSVP web form and a few more graphics.

its not 100% done just yet. the forum and webforum for the RSVP is still down but will hopefuly be done soon... ill be sure to post when it is. in the mean time please visit the pictures page and download the flyer and print a page off. cu them out and stick them in your wallet. and if ya see a nice EVO, 3000gt, SRT4, or eclipse stick it on their windsheild to invite them to join us. lets make this a good meet. thanks
 
Hey bro awesome work! Im hoping my ship comes back from work-ups before that date so i can go. Havent been to a HIN yet and i missed last years. Hope i get to go *crossing fingers*
 
I'm down! Anybody reading this that's on the east side of the mountains, I'm down to meet up in say... Ellensburg, so that we could cruise to the BBQ in Issaquah on the freeway. A few buddies of mine did this years ago, complete w/ the Moto Talkabouts and had a frickin' blast!!
 
ok the RSVP forum should be working as well as the forum give them and try and if they dont work let me know because we have been having problems with them. so we will try and work out any bug you get. thanks

and 95 carbon eclipse you can use the forum to find others from the east side.

i know we have a mirage crew coming over from spokane so try and hook up with them on the forum on the DSM page. just start a thread.

Apparently there's a less and less chance of us actually being able to have a BBQ before the show... BUT, I think it'd be best to still pick a location to have a "pre-meet" so that we can all cruise to the show together.

Now, I'm on the east side of the mountains, so it makes no sense at all for me to pick the spot. Somebody please step up and put a spot in stone where I can tell Tom Tom to take me (j/k). Issaquah is as good as any as far as I'm concerned, but where at in Issaquah. Thinking about parking would make me lean towards a grocery store parking lot... or maybe a carwash. But please, somebody post where we should all meet up.
 
I'm in FOR SURE. I think that everyone that's posted above pretty much said that they're in for sure. The only thing that would prevent any of us from not showing up would be not knowing where they're supposed to show up to. For God's sake somebody name a time and place!!! Even if you aren't showing up (nobody will know the dif), for any east siders that may be reading this I WILL be at the Chevron station closest to the I-90/I-82 junction in Ellensburg on Aug. 4th (I'm not sure what time, at this point though, due to me not knowing when I/we should arrive in Issaquah/Bellevue/Seattle/wherever, for that pre-meet).
 
i say we all meet at the krispy cremes in tacoma in the tacoma mall parking lot at around noon. i dont know does that sound good to every one thats going?????????????????? o ya either noon or ### ever time alil bit before the Hin starts
