hey im a noob to dsms i recently bought a 97 gsx put a new motor in it and it wont boost fully and rev limits at 4k in neutral took out my ecu and it is a eprom with dsmlink but i have no cable or software what can i do to get my car running right?

my rev limit is set to 3500 This is because my transmission doesn't have a limited slip differential

I don't know if you ever had your car looked at or anything but I can tell you that my GST has been a 6 year project that is finally running again and if I had to suggest a place to bring your vehicle to it would be 3D Motorsports in Council Bluffs. The owners name is Chad and he is the man when it comes to DSMs. He did the tuning and a bunch of other work on my car.
