who are good bay area tuners?

Am getting a friend's 2006 GSX ready to sell. Its been extensively modded, engine rebuilt from the block up with less than 5k miles on it, but hasn't been driven much in the last few years. need a DSM specialist that can help me get it tuned and ready for sale. looking for a good shop, reasonably priced - any suggestions?
