Ok gents, I'm considering selling my 1G racer. This started as a family project and our goals where to hit 12's. Funding was not an issue and the focus was to build a safe reliable street/race car. As you can see from the list below, we've over built this car. Nothing in the car was untouched, everything was upgraded or rebuilt with the best parts. The car is street legal but really never saw the streets. It was pretty much loaded in the trailer to and from the dyno or race track. I felt that this car had too much power to be street safe. The car is well capable of running 10.7 at 133 mph with a 1.7 60ft. Lucas from English Racing tuned the car to a safe tune of 548 awhp at 32 psi on E85 in a Dyno Dynamics. I have other higher dyno runs during a later tune but I felt it was safer to keep it at low boost.

My kids and I no longer have time to tinker with this car. We've put nothing but the best parts to build this car. Our next to do list was to convert this car to auto and shoot N0S with a bigger turbo. I'm not eager to sell this car, but it's just sitting in my garage. The car has zero defects and pretty much "a turn key" and race. The price is $9,000 (you smog) or $9,500 (smogged), the car has a clean title. (No partout)

Hey brotha wasnt one of your co workers in the market for one?

Tom we met before, but my car was stock and green color. You mentioned something about Holset turbo for your car.

Very nice! Where were you when I lived in Fairfield!! I knew an Evo guy and one other dsmer out there! Good luck with the sale man!

For real?? Man I feel like an ass because I dont remember. Any older pics of your car that might spark my memory? I did end up getting that holset for the car! Ive thought about bringing it back out to california a couple times.. Was never a fan of the 91oct they have out there though, or the lack of e85.. Unless they decided to get e85 on base?!

We both ended up buying a new Merce at the local dealer.

Very nice! You can have both tho LOL. I snatch up another Bimmer, these things make power so easy, nice little peppy ride. You'll have t come up to some of the Euro meets we have up here.

Hey man im very interested. Please call or text me @ 7073423533. I live in vallejo and am free all day tues and thurs. I have cash in hand. Btw im very serious as i used to own a 95 talon gsx and am looking to get back in the dsm game.

Who knows I might just keep this car. I have the entire full auto swap sitting in my garage. I figured someone else might be able to enjoy this car. Especially since, I already have four cars and only 2 licensed drivers in my household.

To help my buddy out.. Anyone who needs this smogged I can get you hooked up.

Exciting to see this sell. Makes me wanna pull mine out of the garage and put her up fs as well.

Yours has been converted to auto and that seems to be hot right now. I've already received many hits on my autoswap for sale post. The funny thing is, it seems like most of the interest are coming from the Midwest and east coast. I guess most folks on our side are a little short on cash. LOL

How much for the auto swap?

The guys on the East coast don't tend to have cars quite as nice. I too have been noticing that when ever I sell off one of my toys a large number of guys are from back there simply looking to et their hands on a non rusted out California car.

I had my Lightning shipped from over there, it was garage kept low millage, collectors level (to them) and when I got it it still had salt deposits on many of the aluminum parts (the entire truck is fiberglass and aluminum) etc and a bunch of other gunk that made me sad. Had the entire thing soda blasted repainted and put back together. 800whp later she was still looking like show room.

I just have too much here now. I decided to keep my LSx RX7, so somethin has to go. If I can get rid of the wifes Jetta, she can drive the Bimmer and I can finally pull my other baby out of storage and bring to the house and not have to sell the DSM either. If you get a chance to come upto Sac for our Euro meets you can see her.
