Infineon Raceway for Wed Night Drags 7/16/08

Myself and one of the FFTEC customers will heading out in our Evo's for some fun next Wed.

Like to extend the offer for anyone that might wana roll up there.

We both have white Evo's his is an 8 w/ a 35R just tuned by Sean @ FFTEC

NorCalEvo.net : THANKS FULL FUNCTION!

Mine is a 9 w/ a built motor and 35r etc.

I need some seat time w/ the new set-up and am still waiting for Bushur Racing to send me back my double fuel pump set-up......so i may go up there on pump gas, or race gas and 1 fp on about 34 psi, or if possible both pumps and closer to 40psi of boost.

I'll be leaving the Hayward area around noon and Bruce will be leaving from Richmond.

Sounds like fun! I gotta check out my work schedule, so if i can go i will. I still have some tuning to do on my setup, but i'll see if i can get things straightened out this weekend with some tuning seat time. My a/f ratio is like 10.3-10.4 for a lot of my rpm band... i need to get that straightened out.

BTW, you could have just updated this thread: 08 Infineon Wednesday Night Drags

Good luck if i cant make it though, definitely keep us posted on the numbers that beast puts down!
Where are you at power wise on seans dyno at the moment?

NICE POWER!! thats good for low 10's at least when you get used to driving it at the track !

Id love to go watch that thing... too bad so many dsmr's are down right now, but at least its for a good reason... to upgrade!

I'll see what i can do to get out of work and get my car there, but honestly its a very slim chance that will happen

No worries....this is just the maiden voyage so to speak for the car after finally getting the clutch problems out of the way.

We should be up to SAC more as the summer cools down and we move into fall

SO, how'd you guys end up doing?

I still need to get my laptop to connect DSMLink to my car, then give sean a call for some dyno time before i can get out to the track.

Ya Bruce from OOO was out there i was helping him get the car situated which he did on the final pass of the night.

He was running consistantly 12.0-12.2ish @ 114-115 w/ 1.7-1.8 60 fts.

His final pass we got the tire pressures right and he finally went 11.91 @ 115mph and a 60ft of 1.7 i believe.

We left before he made that pass so i don't have it on vid but do have the 12.0 one on vid which i'll try and post up later.

All his runs were on 91 oct pump gas and only 23 psi of boost.

We need to raise both his 2 step and rev-limiter and with a 1.6x 60 he'll go mid 11's for sure on pump and i'm confident w/ his driving that a low, low 11 maybe 10.9 on big boost and race gas WOOHOO!

Unfortuantely for my car i have some TC issues that will need to be taken care of.
Video of (TC) Transfer Case noise....... - evolutionm.net

Unfortunately i keep getting mixed opinions on it

NorCalEvo.net : Tell me what you think about this TC Transfer case noise video.....

No more excuses Pat. HAHAH. Don't make me go up there and push my non-running dsm against you. I wanna drive the car again. I need my fix, the integra doesn't cut it.

No excuses just trying to be easy on the wallet but we are going balls to the wall this weekend at BOTI and TNT the night before.

Dropping the exhaust and turnign up the wick so i hope she holds together long enough to put on a good show.

Either way i have my new camcorder so it will all be documented for sure!

Wish you could make it up here!
