Turbo Timer

any one out there that can help me wire up my turbo timer? i've tried to many times and i let a "Professinal mechanic" try and he f***ing striped wrong wires. so can any one help me it's a razo and it's legit and it should work i've tested it i just haven't been able to get it to work so any one tips or that can come down and help me that would be great

If the obvious tech articles, and common threads regarding this issue via the search, and wiring diagrams on vfaq don't help you on a simple turbo timer install... your future in the dsm world i worry.

you can buy plug and play harnesses nowadays. Believe it or not technology has improved by a lot from the time when I was buyin my first turbo timer. Do your research on these boards and good luck with the wiring. What can you possibly mess up on a turbo timer install?

I still never got my damn greddy TT to work.

I have the very first greddy turbo timer, its been through 3 cars now, used and abused and still havnt had a problem with it.

Now I bought this $40 ebay no name brand turbo timer brand new for a talon we got, works really well with all the features like the others. I submitted a review on it, but looks like the mods don't like my positive ebay review.. might take away sales from paying vendors who have the $100+ ones. =x

I've installed them in several configurations. Have had them work with aftermarket alarm (meaning I can arm while timing down and when turbo timer shuts off car, car is still armed); basic 3 wire install (only use 3 wires from the turbo timer to have it functioning), ill count my n00b messed up installs as well, where the radio stays on when counting down , all sorts.

Now its a breeze, esp for 2gs, just need the damn wiring schematics of the ignition harness


1g Wire Colors and Location:

12v - WHITE at Ignition Harness
IGNITION - BLACK/WHITE at Ignition Harness
ACCESSORY - BLUE/BLACK at Ignition Harness

12v - WHITE at Ignition Harness
IGNITION 1 - BLACK/WHITE at Ignition Harness
IGNITION 2 - BLUE/BLACK at Ignition Harness
ACCESSORY - BLUE at Ignition Harness

and match with those of the turbo timer.

save money from buying a wiring harness.
