Ok so i have to pull a motor from my friends car so that i can rebuild it for my car. The problem is that we have the motor all ready to be pulled, but no cherry picker. Does any local (bay area) dsm'r have one that they would be willing to let me borrow, or rent? Id be more than willing to leave some sort of collateral if i were to borrow it for your peace of mind that im not just walking off with your stuff.

If nobody has one. Does anyone know where i can rent one? I heard that kragen rents out some tools and will look into getting one from them.

Thanks for any responses, im kind of stuck trying to think of where to get one, so i thought id throw the thought out there for some local help.

i'm in Suisun City if you need it. I have it disassembled right now for the most part.
i also have a engine stand if you need to borrow that as well.

Where is that at? up by 12 and fairfield?
If i cant find a place in the city that rents them i'll take you up on the offer!
Thanks,

Danny

yea right off the 12 and by fairfield. just let me know. i've got another guy who will be needing it soon too, but i can get his engine installed in a couple hours.

Still need a cherry picker?

-Don't know if it will be closer, but I have mine, here in San Jose (I actually just bought it for my engine swap that is all finished)... New was $150 (hook-up price). Borrow it if you need to, just as long as I have $150 worth of collateral.

If you still need it lemme know
