Oregon Police compared to Cali police

how relaxed are the laws in oregon (portland) in comparisson to here in cali (bay area). I'm looking at moving to portland in the next month or so and have a 95 gsx. I'm just wondering if they're a bunch of hard asses like they are here on Imports. Hopefully they're a little more laid back. Also, whats average registration for a 2g gsx in orgeon. Anything else along these lines that I should know, prior to bringing my dsm up there. I hear that cali has the worse restrictions, so hopefully I can go up there and really mod my car.

well i dont live in portland but down here in salem its 55 for tags and regerstration, there is no deq so you dont need to get an inspection or anything

as far as the fuz baciaslly they will bust your ass the first half on the month to meet "quota" but after like the 10th or so they leave you alone. i have a higly modded tsi and i romp it all over here in salem for the last 2 years and hav yet to even get pulled over.

weather sucks up there tho..
