Direct Port Setup

Ok Im looking for ideas on which complete kit to go with. Anybody wanna toss out some ideas on a 50-75 direct port shot and where the best place to get them?

NX says it can go from 50,75,100,150 to 200. So what their claiming isn't true then?

If that is the case does anyone know if anyone makes a 50-75 direct port shot? I always assumed that somebody did.

I know NOS system is 80 at the minimum. Which is better than Nx's 100. That really isn't cool that nx would supposedly make a "typo" that their systems are as low as 50hp shots.

Hmm I could prob deal with an 80 shot. Do you know a good place to price them?

hmmm...I want direct port as well...but I want a 60 shot...I was also told however, that the smallest nozzles made were 25 shot nozzles...when you have four of those...boom 100hp. Direct port is safer and better, but...I guess you can't go that low...

What I want is 4-15hp shot nozzles that I am going to put in my 1g intake manifold thats chilling in my garage...and that is also wet shot...not dry.

This will be possible soon. NX has made a progressive nitrous controller called the "maximizer". So you can control exactly how much n2o you want going into the car. I'm goin with a direct port nx kit and jet it as low as 20hp shot.

What about the new NX kit that is like direct port but instead of tapping the manifold, you use the NX fuel rail and it sprays the N20 there by the injectors??

On a wet high pressure system running anything less then a 25 shot per hole is very unsafe! The reason the size of the fuel jet would have to be so small any little particle could clog it! If you want that low of a shot you would have to run a low pressure system and that would require another fuel pressure regulator!

Im running an 80shot on my magnus intake and I have had no problems with it. Its actually kinda fun On NOS's system the minimum jetting for a direct port is an 80 shot.

ColdFusion has a really great price on a direct port setup. $375 shipped. Holla at me if you are interested. They're kits atart a 75 shot also. If you are wanting to spray less than that, just get a single nozzle systomer and plumb it in the TB elbow. DP is ust the way to go, because you get equal ammounst of nitrous per cylinder., but on a 50 shot, it doesn't really matter.

Atually no. Thats the price of the entire kit, from the bottle to the jets. I have a supplier that I could get in touch with you if you are interested, just let me know.

Whats the difficulty rating for installing a DP?

Is 100 shot too much to run is that why you guys don't want that much?

I have a NT 93 coming soon and nitrous is something I am thinking about putting in.

Your NX kit listed on your site is a DP? I have been e-mailing you a couple of times about NX, Zex, and turbos with those other things I am interested in...cams, heads, intake, etc.

depends what you want to use for lines, if you are doing hard lines it takes some patience. soft lines arent as bad. I heard some where that the angle that the fogers are put in has somthing to do with it and I am fairly sure that they need to all be at the same angle as well

SEcond thing would be can a stock 4g63 take a 100hp DP shot?

How much nitrous you guys going to run with this? Can you confirm or deny the 100hp min. with this supplier?

The MINIMUM direct port shot is 100.

The "Maximixer" will let you run a minimum of 55% of the jetted shot.
