now i dont plan on getting a bottle for a year or so at the very least, but i would like to have my engine 100% ready when i do get it (kinda like larry). i am currently working on geting the external parts of the engine ready, but with the sale of my other car and a few paintball guns, i can afford something for the engine. so what do you guys suggest as a first good upgrade to make a solid engine? a second upgrade might be helpful too. itend to finish things quickly.
 
i am not sure....probably around a 100 shot...but i would like to be able to support way more than i plan on using.....right now i am just looking for basics until i learn a lil more about the engine.
 
illl leave it up to the experts to answer but on 100 shot off the top of my head atleast forged pistons and rods becuase of the detonation issues of nitrous..

and CMC... if I run nitrous, 50-75 shot.. Im still undecided
 
I run a 75 shot. But on pump I get to much knock so I only run a 55 on pump. Suposedly Noslaser ran a 100 shot on nitrous on pump. Someone here told me that. I don't see how he did it with stock internals or with out getting too much know though.
 
Actually, it was an 80 shot dry, and while they were factory internals, the motor was .030" over and it was balanced and blueprinted. I wouldn't suggest going too nuts on a completely factory issue motor.

I strongly urge you to go with a wet kit instead of a dry kit on a turbocharged car. You are already taxing your fuel system's fuel pressure by adding and subtracting boost, and a dry kit adds fuel by bumping fuel pressure. It's much better for a turbocharged application to use a system that supplies it's own fuel. I would start with a 50 shot wet, and work your way up from there. If you still have the T25 (I didn't read your mods) then expect your turbo to be short lived. That turbine wheel is too small and will heat up too quickly under the extreme exhaust pulse nitrous is going to create. I'm not saying it won't work, and that I wouldn't spray on a T25 if I had a nitrous kit lying around tempting me, but I'm quite a bit more hardcore than most. Good luck.
