Hi, right now my meth is being controlled by my EMS, so its not progressively. Im worried about it quenching..

Anyone have any facts in the differences between things like power and spool time when controlling meth with ems (on/off) or progessively?

Thanks

You don't give enough information for a proper answer.

How much boost/timing do you plan to run? Motor on stock compression? What size nozzle are you using? How much power do you want to make?

IMO if you plan on staying at the HP level your at in your profile. It's not really necessary.

Esp. with EMS fuel control. You can can set your METH "on" point at say 12 psi. Then go into the fuel mapping and lean the fuel out right when the meth kicks on, then gradually ramp the mixture back up. This way you will get a smooth ( "progressive-like" ) activation of the meth and not bog the motor down on the initial turn on point.

The higher the boost the less you will feel and notice the meth activation. You can alter the timing maps for lower timing before the meth injection kicks on, then as the meth kicks on gradually ramp up timing.

Stop messing with meth and get those 60' times down! Your losing a a second plus on your ET's with that horrible 60'. ;)
