N2O questions! 2g TB Elbow or HKS TB Elbow? Anybody have one for sale too?

I have a 92 TSi FWD, and will probably be installing n2o soon. First, where is it best to run the nozzle? I have heard in the airbox, in the intake pipe, or in the tb elbow. I think its the tb elbow, isnt it? Anyway, if I have to drill that, which one is best, 2g or HKS?

well you don't want to be more than 6 inches from the tb so the elbow is where i put mine. just make sure that the nozzle is just below or just above the center line of the butterfly.

think of a straight line in, and make sure the nozzle opening is pointed twoards the tb, and not away.

what kind of nozzle did you use? annular or soft plume?

soft plume, but if i had to do it again i would use the annular, because it would make the install almost painless.

First things first; is this a wet or a dry kit? You didn't specify so I think it's a relevant question.

Wet kit....btw, HKS says their TB elbow is only 50.00 on their website, but I think you have to go through someone like Stillen to get it shipped. Also, boycott UPS, they suck and dont exactly support myself and my fellow military members, or anyone else who has a PO box for that matter. DIE UPS!!!!

2-6'' from throtal body on my NX kit I put mine at 4''. I have the Hayame throtal body elbow on mine, its big and fits perfect !!!
