Whats Best For My Set Up!

Im kicking around the idea of running a lill spray threw my car, and wondered what you guys think. Should i run Wet or dry kit, and also what psi should i be spraing my car at, and threw what gears?

HRC super 20g turbo
650cc injectors
Intercooler
Greddy blow off valve
SAFC
Dual setting boost controler
3inch full exhaust
O2 housing
All intercooler piping
Full intake piping
All gauges.
ALL the goodies.

What do you think is best?

NX EFI Stage one wet kit, (or Zex wet kit or NOS wet kit whatever)
Spray though 2-5 leave 1st alone cause it's realy hard on the 1-2 shift on the trans
Turn your boost down to 15psi to start and run a 35hp shot and see how it goes together. THen go up from there until you get the right mix.
