Should i go with Nitrious

i am currently rebuilding my engine and am debating on if i should get a nitrous kit.

I have
Forged Wiseco pistons (9:0:1)
Forged H Beam Eage Rods
New Bearings and Cometic Head Gasket
New Seals all around
ARP Head Studs and Main Studs

stage 3 head with 3 inch valve job
MSD Ignition
255lp Fuel pump with AEM fuel regulator
AEM Fuel rail
NGK -2 degree plugs and 10mm NGK wires
2.5 turboback exhaust
Greddy Boost Controller (18psi)
S-AFC2 Controller
FMIC
and Metal Pipes all the way around

Would a 75 shot of nitrous hurt me at all?

AEM Adjustable Cam Gears

should i retard my timing if i have nitrous
