Run smaller front mount with my water /alco injection?

I am looking for a new front mount and the ones that fit perfect without cutting seem to be a bit under the hp level I am looking at.I would think with my 50 trim,my hks 264/272 combo and planned magnus intake that I might be able to go past 450 hp.So was wondering if should get the bigger ones and cut my bumper or will my water /alco injection system make the borderline smaller one still adequate.I plan on likely running 20psi on the street another pound or two would be fine too and we have 92 octane but should have 94 shortly although its gasohol 10% ethanol mix. I would like to maybe very occasionally take my 50 trim to the limit on race gas or xylene or toluene.I am not sure what is the practical limit to my rs 49 50trim but would think it might be in the 25 to 30 psi range?

As for intercoolers that seem to fit no modifying the spearco 2 -221 fits and looking at one on ebay from extreme turbos for just over 300 bucks says its rated to 450 but can be pushed to 600.I would think for sure could push it since have my water /alco injection system.
The spearco would be an easier install but the other one looks a bit nicer.It says its hybrid bar and plate and tube and fin.The spearco is bar and plate.

hey i was just facing myself with this same question.... and i came to the realization that ever since i got my car ive tried to make it faster and faster... i dont think im ever gonna stop.... do it once, buy a HUGE intercooler and it'll hold all the power you ever through at it... i was gonna get the dejon tool street core then i realized that i need more than that... you wont hurt anything by getting a bigger one... when you buy injectors most people buy 660 instead of 550 because after a while most people max em out... so why not do that with ur intercooler .... the last thing you want to do is buy something twice... i like to put something on my car and forget all about it..... thats just my $$$00.02
