If it has no shaft play or wheel damage, I'd say that's a good deal. But just to let you know, the Evo 8-9 turbo is not a "bolt-on" turbo. A custom manifold must be used in order to mount the turbo correctly since the Evo turbo's are flipped 180* degrees from DSM turbos.

Its not a $200 operation to put it on is what he is trying to say.
Stick with the 16g in my opinion, but it is a good deal don't get me wrong.

A Lancer Evolution IX. That turbo has absolutely no promise of fitting a DSM in it's current form.

Search feature works, by the way.

evo 8 turbo on 1st gen

Evo IX Turbo

evo 8 turbo

Evo8 turbo

evo8 turbo on a 2g is it possible?

Evo 8 turbo on a 2g?

evo IX turbo?

evo 9 turbo on 2g dsm

evo 9 turbo

evo 8 turbo

EVO VIII TURBO Vs. Evo III Turbo

Quick summary....the fans will have to go, the rad will have to go. The downpipe will have to be about 2 feet longer to get anywhere near the outlet of the o2 housing.
