Valvoline VR1 conventional racing oil, it's cheap and works great:
Valvoline.com > Products > Racing > Racing Motor Oil Racing > VR1 Racing Oil (VR1)

I used to run Brad Penn but I got sick of spending almost $60 every oil change and having to order my oil from Summit. VR1 costs me $25 to change my oil <-- that's win

This is a touchy subject for alot of people. Try doing a search on google about 4g63 oil and see what you get. In my opinion any oil that has high zinc and phosphorous is good. Weight of oil is up to u to decide.

You say you are on a stock motor, so use the stock recommended oil. We have enough threads on oil.
