so i have a fwd 95 talon tsi with sum mods, i have a 16g, a fmic, all upper ic pipes welded, a bnm afpr, aps bov so far...and well theyr selling me 560 evo injectors and a 255wfp. if i get em installed what would happen? shud i buy the parts anyways and not install if sumthin bad were to happen? thanks

Dont install any of those fuel mods until you get a tuning device. I would prefer to tell you pick up DSMlink but with 560's SAFC will work for you.

And as far as an explanation why, your car is setup for your stock fuel system and doesnt automatically adjust for the different amounts of fuel being supplied/applied

do you have something to tune with ??

with a 255lph you will also need an afpr

you could put the fuel pump in and probaly not have to do anything, the injectors on ther other hand your going to want at least a safc to compensate them. If your getting a good deal on the parts id say pick them up and at least install the fuel pump.

I ran a full 3inch exhaust all free mods ported 14b wally 255 and a boost controller set to a 22 psi spike holding 15 to 17 at redline and the car ran great, but everycar is different.

yeah i have an afpr, nah nuthin to tune with yet

a friend was telling me sumthin about rewiring the fp...what does that mean exactly?

if the price is right.... buy them because you will be able to use them and then be really good when ready to tune..

new 255 wally ~80 to 100 dollars i dont really know how much for the injectors but if you can imagine if he gives you a great price just go for it and store it..

yeah i was thinking of just having them there till i can get sumthin to tune with then

evo 560cc injectors usally go for 60 to 120 dollars just depends on who is selling them. I paid 110 for mine last year but i also seen the car they came out of only had 12000 miles on it.

Thanks for the diagram. Well the guy selling it to me says he'll install it too, but alot of friends were telling me to just get it rewired

This thread is so full of misinformation.. Can a mod delete my comments? LOL. I dont want to be associated with it.

You can delete your own comments if you'd like.

OP, you need to do some searching on here. Do some reading around SAFC and DSMlink/ECMlink, how to accommodate larger injectors, what size injectors you need for your setup, what size fuel pump is recommended, whether you should get an AFPR (depends on fuel pump size), etc. That info is all over this forum and you should have no problems finding it.
