EVO 8 Calipers on GST

i have a pair of Evo 8 front calipers.... what would i need to put them on my 97 GS-T?

Would it be a direct bolt on?

Does anybody recommend me doing the swap?

any help i would appreciate it..

Might as well put them on if you already have them. You just need to make sure that your rims will allow enough space for them.

As far as bolt on there are two routes. There are threads on both

1) Buy a separate set of knuckles for a boatload of money and then bolt them on

2) Get a bracket from a guy on here named kmv (I think) and bolt them on. Although I believe this way requires a little grinding of the caliper

You can also do a search on here to find out who supplies some of the members with the JDM Galant front knuckles that allow the Evo Brembo's to bolt right up.

You'll need to get new rotors, pads, and some hardware. And you'll need to make sure the offset of your wheels will allow you to use the calipers.
