So there is no vibration on lift. Could my issue all along be that I need tires? My back tires are in desperate need of replacement(metal showing). My front tires are brand spankin new..(im broke gotta acquire as i can).. Will unbalanced/bald tires in the back cause HORRIBLE:mad: vibration, or just a slight vibration?

Shot in the dark...:hmm:

I mean horrible vibration is in the eye of the beholder but I've had bad enough tires that would cause horrible vibration, at least to me. That's just a tough question to answer since we can't actually drive your car.

enough to cause a cd to skip.. THat kinda vibration..

There's a few thing that could cause the vibration. Wires showin can cause that. If it's not that then the tire could be out of round or cupped.

I would question the balancing of those tires...especially if the vibration is consistant at certain speeds.

Being that your car is AWD and you have new tires in the front and bad tires in the back will cause this!! You are binding up the drive train with the off size in tires!!!

yeah, i know that the need for tires will cause some vibration... Rotational speed is key, but its just that the vibration is soooo bad, i dont know if the tires cause all of it.. When I get a few more bucks ill let you guys know if it fixed it..

Appears you already know the problem. Most likely those tires and the fact they are different front to back. Could also be a bent wheel, bent axle, unbalanced drive shaft...etc. Start with the most likely source, the tires. Get them balanced at the very least and see if that helps but get some better tires. If the cord is showing its dangerous and nobody wants to see you get in an accident if you blow a tire. Good luck.
